conger fishing at hobbs last night

I nearly lost a rod twice over the railing's last night with some good runs from conger but I did not land any

but I did get these fishing for conger which was a nice surprise/bonus

nice! what are they 6lb ish? normally fish for conger there in the winter. the bay on the left is awesome for bass now with peeler crab over all the kelp

5.7lbs + 6.12lbs I had a hell of a job landing them as I did not have a drop net.
