Right last day to join up, if no one else does we'll just go with 6 people, 6 flies.

If i can be selfish that number that suits me down to the ground! Just so you all know i'm going to tye a Hairwing Red Mackrel with a flash of yellow type thingy in a size 6 or 8. Always on my leader either during the day fishing during falling water or at night. You know occasionally its even caught a fish!

I agree, a nice easy 7 flies to tie. Will send a PM to all concerned...

The deadline is 27th May, which gives you 3 weekends - hopefully long enough! Obviously I'd be happy to receive them asap...

Hi si , so that means six flies as I will not need one myself just to be clear :>

I thought about that mate, but it would mean I have to sort through and work out who sent what and make sure everyone gets the right flies. Bit of a pain in the arse and I would probably balls it up!

I won't be too upset if you only do 6, but would be easier for me to get all 7 and then just dish them all out |\

My tandem-snake thing. Nothing ground breaking but a consistent fly for me. Top image shows them before I snipped off the front hook.

Nice looking fly T7 and one that I will now tie up myself having seen it. But why cut the longshank hook and not use it as a stinger pattern ?

Mainly for less bulk and so it swims on an even keel. The trebles are a bit big to be stingers so I treat them more like a waddington or weighted snake
