Estury Rights - Conway and Y'than

Does anyone know who has the rights to fishing in the Conwy Estuary for Yellow Belly Trout and Sewin? And do you know if they can be kept if you catch any? (I have the appropriate license for England & Wales already). Just wondered if it is free to fish or if I need to pay any rights holder if I intend to keep my catch if it be Salmon or Sewin?

I'd also like to know who has the rights to fish the Y'than Estury up in Scotland as well as I intend to fish up there in a couple of months.
