Sea Trout Guides in Norway

Friend of mine is at his holiday home in Norway. He is not an expert fisherman, but gives it a crack, and is totally frustrated by seeing large numbers of sea trout jumping in the sea near his house and is unable to connect with them.

I have suggested that his best bet is local knowledge and he should find a local guide.

Based near Arendal, anyone know of any guides over there?
