Had a nice trip to Alphonse Island in the Seychelles back in late February. Amazing place, but yet again I brought the weather with me! Rain and wind was the story of the week, really not what you want when fishing the flats. If you're going to visit a spate river this summer and want to be guaranteed of rain then do invite me as I can almost guarantee to bring it!!

Managed to chase down a few trigger fish and did hook all 3 species, but due to breakdown in communication with the guide I lost both Giant Triggers. Such is life.
