Hi guys just about to start fishing the upper Dyfi was wondering if any one knew wher I could get schlappen capes from normally use sport fish but could find find the right colours

These are two sites worth considering.
The first has some of the best silver badger capes in various colours around
as well as the schlappen feathers you ask for.
If you need any more materials to do with fly tying please use the "fly tying & rod building section".
It does keep the forum in an orderly fashion.

Probably better off getting schlappen in packs rather than capes. I get mine from here:

Loads of feather and will probably work out cheaper in the long run if you're after a few colours.
