A pattern that I am pinning some hopes on for my visit to the Dee the week after next. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooo gonna blank :?
The Dressing
Hook: Kamasan B270 Size 12
Thread: Black
Tail: Mixed red and orange bucktail fibres overlaid with a 2 doubled strands of fine pearl flash
Rear body: Red No 6 Glo Brite floss
Front body: Black floss
Rib: Corded pearl thread
Underwing: a slim bunch of squirrel tail fibres
Carpace: Golden pheasant feather tied flat
Hackle: 1 orange and 1 red feather from salmon shrimp patches. One half of both feathers stripped and wound together
