Thread: Crimson
Rostrum: Bunched of natural cock pheasant centre tail fibres
Feelers: Red dyed pig bristles
Skirt: Black Straggle Ice
Body: Dubbed red Lite Brite
Ribe: Fine silver wire
Conehead: Silver


Once again as a shrimp pattern it is of course completely useless for sea trout. As a salmon pattern however these things can really give a good account of themselves. It is of course a pattern dressed a million dfferent ways of which this is yet another. It has been very successful for me at times. I have been tying these and others up this evening for a forthcoming jolly on the Aberdeenshire Dee
