Eels; new byelaw

The killing and keeping of eels will become illegal as of April 2010, as stipulated under a new byelaw introduced by the Environment Agency. This is, no doubt, in-line with the decline in eel numbers over recent years.

My main concern is for the likes of fish PilRich, who seemingly tagets eels when the rest of us are after the salmon!
