Could not agree more. I cannot see that he has achieved anything other than confusion and turmoil since appointment.

Let's see who they assign this time; can't say I am holding my breath for someone better though, given those that would likely be doing the interviews etc...

Sad thing is that someone towards the end of their working life is almost always chosen, someone who's just seeing out the rest of their days until retirement rather than someone who wants to grab the issues with both hands and give them a good shake.

Anyway, let's see what transpires. Needless to say things need to start happening from the top down within NRW, so this is a golden opportunity.

Hopefully it does not end up being a case of the better the devil you know.
