Will this be a better spawning year

From what i have read and seen the Teifi,had a late run of salmon and sewin albeit not up to past performance
So far this winter we have had no bank high floods and the weather up to the last couple of days has been cold.NRW are supposedly stopping the use of Cypermethrin,hopefully from the beginning of the year.We have had a terrible slurry incident,but is there room for optimism?

Well lets hope so GD. Has been a quiet winter with some nice frosty days so far. I would hope the migratory fish have had an easier time of it this year, apart from the pollution. I just hope and pray not too much damage done. We are lucky I guess that at least there is a new stock of fish to come and that being migratory fish we will still have something to catch in the coming months. I'm always optimistic with fishing and will be there again this year hoping and praying nature will surprise us all. Fingers crossed!!!!! |\
