I have a David Norwich EV4 12'9"/15' #9-10wt in perfect order with no signs or marks of misuse. It is a dual rod i.e. two separate butt sections using the same rod sections, the 12'9" omitting the last section above the butt.
Comes complete with rod bag and tube
