I have been looking for a new rod and reel for this season . I picked up a Hardy shadow 8 wt and fell in love with it , the only problem was the price. The cheapest I could source it locally was £300. I rang john Norris of Penrith and came up with a price of £260 bargain . I also liked the hardy ultralight DD 7000 fly reel again locally cheapest was £220. John Norris £160 . And free next day delivery.Got to say it's a lovely outfit and a good service . The balance is perfect and loaded with my Cortland WF8 it casts a dream.
